What is the return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy, counting from the day the parcel was received. Any returns sent by postal services will not be accepted.

Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Certain items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (e.g., gift cards, gifts with purchase).

We offer free shipping on all orders. However, for returns, there may be a return cost depending on your country.

I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?
